GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS

ORDER AND CONTRACT
To shop at Åry Home, you must accept our general terms and conditions of purchase and our cookies and privacy policy. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept our general terms and conditions of purchase and our cookies and privacy policy.

When we confirm your order, a purchase agreement is concluded between you and Åry AB, 556329-0534, which owns and operates Åry Home. The purchase agreement is binding and includes a payment obligation that you undertake by placing the order. Full contact details for Åry AB are available at arysweden.se.

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have a parent’s permission. People under the age of 18 are not allowed to shop on credit.


PRICES

All prices on Åry Home are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs.

The price of a product is the one shown on arysweden.se at the time of ordering, unless this is clearly incorrect.


PAYMENT

We use the payment provider Klarna, which provides several payment methods. You can read more about the payment options and see Klarna’s full terms and conditions in the Klarna payment tool. By placing an order, you accept Klarna’s terms and conditions. In case of late payment, Klarna will charge a reminder fee, penalty interest and collection costs.


FREIGHT COSTS

The cost of shipping within Sweden to Postnord’s agents is SEK 89, for serving trays.

For other products, shipping is calculated individually based on weight and volume.

DELIVERY TIME
Normal delivery time within Sweden for finished products is about 5 working days. 

The delivery and manufacturing times indicated above are expected. In practice, they can be longer, especially during holidays and campaigns. There are also delays in deliveries due to delays by our suppliers or by the carrier.


DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Your order will be delivered to a Postnord agent, unless you have chosen home delivery as a special option.

You have 14 days to collect your package from the agent. If you do not collect your package within this time, it will be returned to Åry Home. If you have not contacted us about your product within one month of it being returned to Åry Home, we will discard the product. Please note that there is a right of withdrawal for uncollected products.


EATING RIGHT

As a private individual (consumer), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to self-designed products.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us within 14 days of the collection of your package. The notification can be sent by e-mail to info@arysweden.com. You also have the right to use the standard form available on the Consumer Agency’s website, www.konsumentverket.se.

Once you have informed us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us in good condition within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product and for packaging the product so that it is not damaged in transit.

A refund in case of withdrawal will not be made until we have received the product from you or until you have shown that the product has been returned.


SELF-DESIGNED PRODUCTS

It is not possible to change or cancel a self-designed product after it has been manufactured.

Visualized images in our ‘design your own’ tool are an approximate preview of the finished product. Colors may be perceived differently depending on the monitor and settings. Therefore, the fact that the color of the finished product does not match the preview is, as a rule, not accepted as a defect in the goods or a reason for complaint.

We reserve the right to refuse to manufacture products whose design has offensive or illegal content.

When ordering self-designed products, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use the material submitted to us. Åry Home takes no responsibility for any infringement of another’s rights. In the event of an intellectual property infringement, we reserve the right to charge the client for costs incurred by Åry Home as a result of the infringement, such as damages and legal costs.


COMPLAINTS

If you have received a defective product or suspect that you have received an incorrect product, please contact us at info@arysweden.com. Please also include a picture of the defect. If you discover that your parcel is damaged when you pick it up, you should immediately complain to the carrier. Then contact us at info@arysweden.com and state the order number in the subject line and that it concerns transport damage.


GROUNDS FOR EXEMPTION AND CANCELLATION

Åry Home is not obliged to deliver ordered goods if the delivery is prevented by so-called force majeure events beyond our control. Force majeure events can be, for example, a pandemic, strike, labor dispute, fire, blaze, flood, riot, war, terrorism, or decisions and regulations of public authorities. Such circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from damages and other penalties.

We also reserve the right to cancel purchases in case of suspected fraud.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE

These conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law.

Any dispute between us that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will ultimately be resolved by a general court in Sweden.

If you are a private individual (consumer), you can also turn to the General Complaints Board (ARN). In the event of a dispute, Åry Home will follow ARN’s recommendations.
